"I stayed in a pet friendly room with laminate flooring with my son and grandson- they went to enjoy the pool and hottub and they came back to the room dripping water all over the floor. I grabbed a towel to clean up the water and when I looked at the towel after drying the floor it was black from the floors dirt! Very gross! Then went to take a shower - there was no shampoo but there was a 1/2 bottle of their complimentary lotion from a previous guest…… I stay here regularly because I like the convenience of the pet room and the close proximity to the airport and the convenience of taking the shuttle to the airport. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I know there is one available. I’m disappointed in the decline of the cleanliness of the room and even the outdoor areas had garbage strew about on the ground. The guy at check in was very helpful"

"Very well maintained hotel. Clean, comfortable and secure. Don't know if it has ever needed to be "refreshed", but no evidenced of it needing it now."
