"Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Crisp cotton sheets. Very comfortable bed. Lovely tiled shower, with great water pressure. Quiet. Stylish and elegant shared spaces. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this jewel of a hotel."

"Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to be immersed in the free reality show skip this place. "

"TV was not working properly Remote battery was dead. Room was not cleaned by House keeping. Room was cleaned with products I brought from home. No access to hotel Wi-Fi "

"When I walked up to the desk to check in, one of the first questions the attendants asked was if my hair was dyed (it was). They warned me that if I got hair dye on towels or pillowcases I would be charged a fee for it, rather than them just bleaching the linens like most hotels do. I politely asked what we could do to avoid this since there was a chance some of it may come off on the pillowcase. They gave me a bit of an attitude about it. After a few minutes, they finally decided to give me stained linens so I wouldn't get charged. I understand they wouldnt want me damaging property, but it was addressed in a rude manor and acted like I was majorly inconveniencing them by taking stained linens from them."

"The rooms have roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. Me, my WIFE, and our daughter had to go buy two cans of spray to contain the insects. The air conditioning and parking was awesome. It was hard to write this because the staff was phenomenal. For the experience me and my family had to endure, I blame Expedia. You guy's over there can do better for starters, do your homework before taking customers cash when booking."

"Motel was good, but my truck got broken into along with 4 other trucks that I know of, class was every were. Asked for a broom at front office they told me they didn’t have one, so I had to get all the class around and under neath my truck with my hands. Want stay at a Marriott every again "

"Hotel is close to everything but feels quiet and secluded. Parking was ample and well lit. Lot is landscaped and clean and felt private even though it's right off the interstate. Staff was great - Vera at checkin was friendly, personable, attentive, and helpful & Tommie at checkout was equally pleasant and helpful. Room was beautiful with a bit of green space to look at out the window. Seemed like mostly adult professionals were staying there - it was quiet and calm the whole time. We didn't get a chance to take a dip in the indoor pool but everything else was superb. Would not hesitate to stay here again if stopping over in Greenville."
