Amazing

Can't fault it. Great location, brilliant apartment. Record it.

excellent all round, very easy to walk to Hemisferic and the Marine aquarium and abut a 45 min walk to either the Historic centre or the Marina. We hired bikes one day from Easy Bike which is moreorless opposite Intelier Core suites and they were fabulous. The bike lanes in Valencia are superb. Staff at the property were fantastic and cleanliness was excellent. Just wouldbe liked the pool to be heated as it was too cold to use.

Lovely hotel and superb breakfast

The apartments are lovely. Very well equipped, nice and modern and airy and comfortable. Perfect when travelling with a baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that one of the reasons we booked this apartment not our usual hotel was because of the lovely bar which features in all the promo photos. We were obviously therefore disappointed to find out that it’s not there anymore. It was Sunday afternoon and we had no food and had planned on eating in the bar. I think you...

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our room was large, clean, very comfortable and stylish. The night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant it was a set menu only, but we were far from disappointed as the food was superb. The food at breakfast was also very good. Although the hotel's bar and outside area were small, they provided a great place to relax with...

The staff were amazing and created a great atmosphere! The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms cleaned to perfection and a great size and very quiet! If k was to make one change it’s to have some slightly higher chairs tables in the restaurant/bar area, as I’m quite tall and found them a little low! Having said that it is very minor point and would have no reservations on recommending this property highly! I will be staying there again soon!

I travel a lot but this is the best hotel i have stayed in so far. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is unbelievably excellent in all areas.

Javier is the best! Love the property and its central location. It will be even better once the refurbishment work is complete at Plaza de la Reina. The suites are spacious, with a kitchen corner and an espresso machine, comfortable king bed, enough wardrobe space, iron and iron board, a safe etc stayed one night only but felt like extending my stay there given how much I loved it. Breakfast was delicious and healthy (not a buffet but complimentary orange juice, mini croissant, mini pain au...

Room was clean, with hotel conveniently located for the old town. Bathroom was separate but for sole use by us.

Ideal location for staying in Valencia as walking distance and bus stop outside. Hotel was great, lovely staff, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Having stayed in a Westin hotel before I knew what to expect, high level of service and a quality hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering a selection of rooms to chose from. The room we chose was very spacious and had a walk in wardrobe area with large luxury bathroom and separate toilet. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it on our stay. There is parking directly under the hotel and you will be charged €20 per day for using this. The hotel is in a great location and...

Great hotel, great location. Pool closed October - May which was a disappointment

Before i qualify my remarks I would say I enjoyed stayin ghere and would stay there again, so these are just niggles really but here goes....I stayed in Februaryso the pool was closed but I went and looked at it and it was tiny. . There was no help offered with my luggage and no concierge nor was there 24 hour room service so I'm not honestly sure it qualifies as 4 star - but maybe thats just me. It was clean the service was good ( bar the lack of offer to help with my luggage) and the hotel...

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff could not be more helpful, always on hand to help with any question's we had, and helped when we needed to have something printed off. The room was spacious, clean, with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The view from the balcony was worth every penny of our stay. The sunrises we out of this world. Breakfast was, plentiful, with a wonderful variety, again staff on hand to help if you needed anything. The pool although tiny, was one of...
