Amazing

Spent three days at the Neptuno hotel. Glad we chose this location. Right on the beach, 200 metres from the port and various bars. Pedal bike hire is also outside the hotel and the surrounding area is very cycle-friendly with lots of routes.

Good location. Good facilities. Perfect for small families.

Ideal location for staying in Valencia as walking distance and bus stop outside. Hotel was great, lovely staff, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is a superb choice of property if you’re staying in Valencia for a few days. The penthouse was spacious and quiet with a great terrace. I loved it.

Brilliant location for exploring the city. Fantastic suites and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was generous and very tasty in a really well presented bar and restaurant. It is the centre of town so you can expect some exterior noise at the weekend into the evening. This is a fair trade for the location; We had a suite at the very top of the building so perhaps more acute there but a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely reccomend.

Having stayed in a Westin hotel before I knew what to expect, high level of service and a quality hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering a selection of rooms to chose from. The room we chose was very spacious and had a walk in wardrobe area with large luxury bathroom and separate toilet. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it on our stay. This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are a little bare but the bed is huge. Breakfast was just ok but there isn't really anywhere local for breakfast so you should book it.

Staff were lovely and helpful here, even with our very late check in and very early check out. They suggested a place that we could go for late dinner (23:00+). Room was lovely, little balcony was great. We did not use breakfast, restaurant or vending machine so cannot comment on those. Easy walk to the Torres de Serranos and the old town.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in the space of 5 months and we love it! Rooms are huge and beds are extremely comfortable. A huge positive is location- right in the centre of the Arts and Sciences area and a few steps away from all the shopping you can do! Also buses stop outside or a short walk away. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

The Melia Valencia is within easy walking distance of the old town centre (under 45 mins) and 5 mins from the metro (Beniferri). There are plenty of restaurants, Cafe's and supermarkets nearby. Hotel room was large with a table and a seperate armchair. The outside pool was good as was the gym (3rd floor). Breakfast was very expensive so we eat out every day.

Very comfortable room; spacious, spotless. Fab bathroom, mushroom shower, double sinks. A sliding door for WC. Breakfast excellent, premium fresh ingredients. Limitless fresh orange juice/nespresso coffee. All staff very helpful/patient/polite. Spa treatments pricey but wonderful. Only negative aspect is the pool. The outdoor pool is small (10x5m) so just for plunging to cool down rather than swimming. Not always enough lounge chairs available, and the pool area itself is small. Very few city...
