I stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the location is excellent, with plenty of stores and shopping options nearby, the service left much to be desired. The front desk staff appeared young and unprofessional, lacking in customer service skills. My room's door didn't lock properly, and despite bringing it to their attention, little effort was made to resolve the issue. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for a short business stay of one or two nights, but don’t expect top-notch service.

This hotel and staff exceeded all my expectations. Not only its centre to anything you want to do in the area but, the level and greatness of the service is beyond any other hotels I have been in. I can guarantee that you simply can’t ask for anymore. The staff is really helpful, professional, kind… I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a luxurious place with 10 stars service. Loved it.

"Property located right on the beach!!! Though our room didn’t have a balcony there was a shared one on our floor with a lovely table and chairs where we ate dinner purchased from a local grocer and restaurant during our stay. Close to everything, beach, shops, grocery and bus stop"
