"What a glorious spot! Our lake-view room was beautiful -- lots of light, unbelievable view, super spotless, and a towel warmer in the bathroom (with bath AND shower!!!!) that I wanted to take home with me. Wonderfully welcoming staff and exceptional room service.... can't recommend more highly!!! "

The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. "Best location in Annecy that’s located in the heart of the old city and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend hotel if staying overnight or longer in the quaint and fairytale like city in France (Little Venice). The boutique room as expected is small but, has amenities that rivals the bigger hotel we stayed in Geneva. Highly recommend to all. Thank you."
