Stunning hotel. Very good location. Within walking distance of the pink city. The restaurant and cafe are stunning. The pool is a little small but the rooftop is stunning to watch the sunset. The staff are amazing and the rooms are too. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The hotel feels like a sanctuary amongst the madness of Jaipur

When we arrived we were not so sure we had made the right decision to stay because of the surrounding area. We soon discovered that we had found a gem. Our room was comfortable and the bed a dream. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, We stayed three nights and dined there every night. The food was seriously good and in our opinion the chef is talented. If we ever return to Jaipur we will certainly return to The Royal Heritage Haveli.

This haveli with its beautiful garden makes a perfect base to explore Jaipur.There is a roof top terrace where you can sit and read and there is the added bonus of excellent Wi-Fi and you are able to receive Western News channels through the television.The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is of relaxed friendliness.There is also the added bonus of an excellent cafe within the hotel which serves vegetarian food at a very reasonable cost.

The Property is Amazing and well stationed. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful in all aspects. Hygiene is of the highest standards with best cousine of choice. Will love to visit again and again.

Beautiful property on quiet road. Bedrooms great comfortable . Nice setting to eat buffet breakfast in outside courtyard. Meals and snacks freshly cooked. Staff very friendly. Negative is surrounding area outside the hotel. We used uber to visit all the many sites.

The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. She is an asset to the hotel. The driver, Ramesh, made us feel very safe, and gave us so much information about the city...

We loved staying at the Umaid Mahal. It has an Indian charm and most helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace for drinks and dinner. Local music and dancers added a pleasant atmosphere. It was simple to get taxis and transport from the hotel to anywhere. Air conditioned rooms were clean, spacious and had a great shower in the bathroom. To be recommended as a good spot from which to explore Jaipur. Utterly charming & wonderful. One of my favourite hotels on the planet. As soon as I walked in here in February I knew I’d be back. Hadn’t expected it to be just a few months later.
