I say give 2 towels but they give only 1 and say we have only 1 towel for one room

"It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion "
