Fully equipped although very small kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing staff. Challenge we had was there is a big skylight in the room we were in and no curtain on top windows so it was very hard to sleep past 6am

The apartment was clean and had comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was tiny but had a great collection of spices for cooking. The hot tub and pool were just right for apres ski.

Our stay at Vail Run couldn’t have been better. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable as well as helpful. The room was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The lobby was beautiful with seasonal lighting everywhere. The shuttle was very convenient. Had a great time.

Amazing staff, Great Value! We arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. The room was great and matched the pictures. Clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. They had a FREE bus to the Gondola that was timely and on time. Even a Grocery shopping run! On check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! Saving us from the astronomical Vail parking fees. I highly recommend staying here. It was a great time, the whole family enjoyed everyone and was a great room, staff and overall great facility!

Staff was very friendly and helpful except cleaning staff they need more people training, room was clean and spacious. My family and I were there to ski and the bus service from the hotel was very helpful. There’s also the city bus stop at walking distance. There’s a bar downstairs from the hotel, bartender was friendly and professional, we had pizza from the restaurant and it was decent. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

I was there for a nearby conference, but it was a fantastic place for families. They went all out with Halloween decorations—very festive. They also had a great kids room, pool and arcade/game room. The property is a little older, but very clean and comfortable with a fireplace, spacious private balcony, kitchen, and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Vail run. When I come back to Vail I will most certainly be staying here. I found the unit to be home like and cozy with all the creature comfort efforts one might want. More closets and drawers than you need! I thought the push button fireplace with a timer was great. I appreciated the well appointed kitchen as well as the scheduled ride to the supermarket. Juan, who drove the shuttle was fantastic and I appreciated the frequent trips to lionshead base for pick up. When he was working, one did not have to wait for a very long time for a shuttle to show up. In a world of impersonal corporate accommodations that all look the same, Vail Run was refreshing in maintaining an authentic traveler experience. Great Job!
