"It was in a cute little neighborhood, location was nearby 2 stations within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was very cozy and supplied with all the things necessary to cook and relax. I would 100% stay here again with my next stay. It is a bit far from some of the touristy areas but given all the amenities it comes with, it’s definitely worth it."

"The Hotel itself was I little hard to find as its tucked away in the corner of a train station but it was clean, quiet, and felt very safe given the safety figures with your key card. The staff were very polite and had good english service. If there were an misunderstandings they have a paper that you can point to what amenity you would like (has symbols for basics needs). Cant even call these complaints but rather a culture shock; your room gets cleaned everyday and if you put the do not disturb on you will receive a “we missed you” notice every time. As well as the lights will only activate if the key card is in the holder. So to all travellers confused about the lack of light switchs, use the key card holder! I had a great experience here despite any cultural confusion, the location was central to many things (foods, convenience stores, etc). Give the hotel is literally in a train station so that was very helpful for our touring activities. Thank you."

"Excellent customer service. Clean room and maintained well every day. Good breakfast buffet options. Room was well stocked, with quality fittings and (importantly) a comfortable bed. Shower room is excellent. Power shower and bathtub offered an unexpected bonus after a hard day of walking. All in all, a pleasant experience and a hotel I will certainly stay at again."

"Great hotel for a great price - the sacrifice is being further away from the main areas in Tokyo. However getting to Shibuya is easy and the surrounding area actually has a lot to experience. Hotel was beautiful, great views of the city from our room. The elevator set up is a bit annoying though as you have to take two seperate ones from enterance to get to your room."
