"Good hotel in the very centre of Utrecht. The air conditioning in the room was not working meaning we faced temperatures of nearly 30 degrees Celsius in the room, but the staff was very apologetic and offered fans to cool it down. Our room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy at times with people and deliveries. All in all though, we would stay again! "

"It was a half hour walk from the train station, which we used to familiarize ourselves with the area. Could have very easily taken a bus, as there is a stop close to the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd level, but due to the set up of the hallways and rooms, we got lost trying to find ours, despite the desk clerk’s instructions. The stairs were very treacherous- narrow steps and spiral-like at the top and bottom, so would not recommend if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. The bed was two...
