They were exceptionally good, I needed slight late check out and early check in- they organised both which i thought was very helpful. Thank you to all. Definitely will stay here again. "

My family and I are fans of the Hyatt chain and always pick it as the first choice when travelling in India. A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help. An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !!
