"Different breakfast places and time, very confusing "

"Rooms were average. Not great but not bad. Lunch buffet was lacking and cold. Dinner buffet was good but all items except grilled steak and soup were Luke warm at best. I informed the staff but no way to correct. Same for breakfast buffet. Cold. Made to order eggs a fresh bread were great. Would stay again maybe, just not eat there. Spa was a ripoff as advertised pool but was a $20 up charge. "

"Our room was abit small and smelled like cigarettes smell but staff were quick in charging our room and we had the perfect view. We have enjoyed APA Hotel thank you and we will come again. "

"The room is clean and bed n pillow so comfortable , room is spacious , bathroom is great , they provide toothbrush with toothpaste , comb, facial cleanser, pajamas , etc . It has Lawson store beside it and train station urayasu . Love it n will comeback "

"The hotel location is ideal for taking the subway around Tokyo, with an entrance across the street. There is a nice park along the river with cherry trees and a playground only a couple blocks away. The breakfast was very good with no wait early in the morning. The combo washer/dryer in the laundry room does not dry clothes within the default washing/drying time (2.5 hours), so be prepared to add more time (no idea how much is needed) or hang clothes all over your room. There are a lot of clothes hangers provided, which I suspect might be for that intended purpose. We booked two rooms with a king bed each for our family of 4, with kids aged 10 and 7 each bed sharing with one parent (we often do this at home too, so pretty normal for us), and it was great. The beds are firm, which we like. The rooms benefit from luggage fitting under the bed."
