Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

I had a great experience at the hotel. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful views of the city and very nice rooms an amenities. Property is nice, rooms really need an upgrade. There is no AC only a standing cooler which u have to ask them to put ice every night, but still it was very hot in the room. Staff was very nice beside the lady at the reception dint have a good attitude, made me wait half hr then asked the guy to go check the mini bar so she can charge me for the things we used from mini bar, why make me wait half hr and then call the guy to go check to room. No thank u or bye after paying. Not coming back.

They’re amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean. The staff are amazingly friendly and very hospitable and the room is incredibly clean and warm because it’s cold here in winter. The hotel is a story on its own beautiful hotel beautiful people.

The room was very small and there was not enough space to put away your clothes. We lived out of our suitcase. The noise from the mosque in the early morning woke us up and there were dogs barking throughout the night and early morning.

Hidden gem in Cappadocia, a mandatory visit!

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service. Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff, from the people in the front office to the restaurant, the man that take care of the bags and the car and last but not least the Turkish lady at the spa.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are great. The food at the restaurant is good. Unfortunately, outside of the front desk, the staff hardly speaks any English. This makes it complicated to get what you want at the restaurant (the restaurant manager is besides rather unpleasant).

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.
