Cute cave rooms, clean, private outdoor terraces with chairs and table and amazing view on Ortahisar castle. Plenty photos options on hotel property. Swimming pool is nice.

Very friendly, honest and helpful people. Nice clean hotel with a central location and a beautiful view of ortihsan castle. Parking can be a bit tricky but the valet is more then helpful in that regard.

1 gece kaldım. Sabahın 5inde uyandırılıp arabamı çekmem söylendi. Kahvaltı servisi eksik ve geç oldu. Fiyata göre eksik personel ve yetersiz alaka vardı. Daha çok aile işletmesi havasında bir otel. 7bin küsür lira ödeyip bu şekilde muamele görmek açıkçası üzücü oldu. Dinlenmek için gidip sabahın 5inde uyandırılmak çok saçma oldu. Otel otoparkı yok ve çevredeki tüm otellerin bu şekilde olduğu söyleniyor. Aracınız var ise ve rahatsız edilmek istemiyorsanız tercihiniz başka bir yer olsun. Merkezi değil ve fiyatını asla haketmiyor.

Harika bir konaklama

2 gece kaldığımız konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Konumu harikaydı, odamızdan Ortahisar Kalesi manzarası enfesti. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Özellikle kahvaltısına bayıldık. Verdiğimiz paranın fazlasını bile haketti diyebileceğimiz nadir konaklamalardan biridir. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Nous avons passer 4 nuits à l'Hotel. Le plus remarquable a été le petit déjeuner qui est fantastique. Par contre l'emplacement de l'hotel n'est pas très pratique, sans aucun moyen de transport sauf les taxis avec reservation assez chers.

Extraordinaire allez y foncer les yeux fermées

Un hôtel juste magnifique, extraordinaire d’avoir de personnel au service du bon cœur, la chambre avec un jacuzzi propre puis la piscine est magnifique, la décoration traditionnelle qui nous met dans le thème, la propriétaire nous trouver rapidement et moins cher, les quad, promenade à cheval, les montgolfières, elle nous réserve toutes ses activité moi chère et rapide. C est magnifique d’être bien dans un hébergement où tous concorde la déco, le service, le sourire, la propreté toutes était au point

Ailece 2 gece konakladığımız otel yaklaşık 9 ay önce kullanıma açılmıştı. Odamız ferah, temiz ancak biraz havasızdı. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi. Sahipleri güler yüzlü ve oldukça misafirperverlerdi. İlk gün geç saatte otele vardığımızda sıcak suyun bitmiş olması dışında can sıkıcı her hangi bir durum yaşamadık.

Otel yeni, bazı noktalarda inşaat halen devam ediyor. Odalar ve havuz çok temizdi. Havuzlu odada havalandırma yeterli değil, sudaki klor bir süre sonra insanın gözlerini rahatsız ediyor, bence en büyük sorun bu. Restoranın inşaat halinde olması nedeniyle akşam yemek servisinin bulunmaması ve aynı sebeple kahvaltının da açık alanda veriliyor olması hava soğuk olduğu için dezavantaj. Fakat bunlar otel tam anlamıyla hazır hale geldiğinde aşılacak bir durum. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

İki gece kaldım, oda temizlenmemişti. Bunun dışında otelde inşaat vardı. Pazar sabah 8.30'da inşaat başladı. Kapadokya'ya ultra trail koşmak için gittim. Sabah 7'de yarış başlayacağı için sabah 5'te kahvaltı hazırlanıp hazıtlanamayacğını sordum ki, o süre de tüm oteller buna alışkındır. Yapamayız dediler. Başka alternatif baktım, olmayınca telefonla arayıp uzun sürede ikna edebildim. Patron da işin başında olmasına rağmen. Bi daha kalacağımı sanmıyorum. Müşteri odaklılık gelişmeli.

Genel olarak çok iyi

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Başta oteli bulmakta zorlandık ama internetten aradığımız numara bize çok hızlı bir şekilde yol tarifi/konum yolladı. Bulmakta zorlanmamızın nedeni başka bi otel ile isim benzerliği idi. Konumunda bir sıkıntı yok. Otelin özel park alanı var, ve vale’si çok ilgili. Otelin negatif yönlerini şöyle dile getirebilirim: odalarda kasa ve klima yok. Kasa konusunda hiçbir sorun olmadığı söylendi ama biz yine de tedbirli davrandık. Ve hiçbir sorun olmadı. Klima konusunda: gündüz otel odasında durmadığımız için pek değerlendirmem ama gece cam açık ağustosun ortasında sıcaklık seviyesine gayet dayandık. Otelin havuzu mevcut. Çok temiz ve suyu soğuktu ama Ortahisarın sıcaklığında çok iyi geldi. Havuzu kendimize ayırmışcasina hiç kimse yoktu, bu bizi çok mutlu etti çünkü aramızda eğlenebildik. Otelin kahvaltısına 10 numara 5 yıldız. Hatta belki 6 yıldız bile verebiliriz… Personel ekibi guler yüzlü ve her daim erişebilirlerdi. Hersey için teşekkür ederiz.

Prachtig hotel wat met zorg is gemaakt en wordt bijgehouden. Het is ruim en stijlvol. Ontbijt simpel maar goed verzorgd. Service is fijn en personeel zeer attent. Zwembad keurig en schoon. Aanrader🙂 Omgeving is erg mooi alleen parkeren kan een uitdaging zijn (net als het autorijden). Denouement waar het hotel is doet ouderwets aan wat een geweldige charme heeft;)
