Akuzun-Ürgüp

Öncelikle ilk izlenim olarak oteli çok beğendik ve bu kadar güzel olmasına çok şaşırdık. Odamızda çok güzeldi ancak bazı eksiklikleri vardı. Benim gibi kız arkadaşınızla giderseniz bilin ki kapının altında 3 parmak kadar boşluk var ve koridordan bütün sesler duyuluyor. Jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Şömineyi 2 defa kullandık. Baca tam çekmediğinden bütün gece pencereyi yarı açık bıraktık ve hava gerçekten soğuktu. Otel çalışanlarından memnunuz sorunlarımızı belirttiğinmiz de çözüyorlardı ama sorunlardan çok tatilimizi güzel geçirmeye çalıştık ve öylede oldu. Ürgüp'ü sevdik ama bence 2 veya 3 gün fazlasıyla yeterli. Sonrasında biraz sıkıyor.

Fiyata göre çok düşük performans. Bir gün önce Niğde'de bunun 1/3 fiyatına daha iyi bir otelde kaldık. Lokasyon olarak daha pahalı olması normal ama hizmet kalitesi çok düşük. Dieses Hotel ist perfekt geführt, sehr nettes Personal und Management! Grosses Frühstücks Buffet. Saubere helle Zimmer teils mit Whirlpool. Hat noch Raum für Verbesserungen die schon im Gange sind. A nice hotel

The hotel is made of stone and wood. The garden was beatiful. I loved the decoration. The breakfast was average but the stuff were very friendly. In summary price/performance is good.

A wonderful stay for a family of 4

We had a wonderful stay for our family of four. We received a warm welcome from the manager and got an upgrade for our room. The manager sat down with us to discuss site seeing options so that we were clear what to expect in Cappadocia. The breakfast was really good, everything was fresh and my kids thought it was better than some 5 star hotels. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice conjoined balcony overlooking the garden with our kids' room. All the employees were super friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the town center. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel to stay at and we highly recommend this hotel.
