"The staff from the moment I got out of the car, were friendly and eager to please. The hotel is dated but very comfortable. The room had a chair and couch along with 2 queen beds. The view was not good but I wasnt there to look out the window. It is located in the middle of Lincoln Square, easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The bathroom was small. It has a shower, no tub. Their are four elevators which helps move many tenants. We valet parked our car which was easy. There is not many places to park in the city easily. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. "

"Nicest hotel in NYC. Was upgraded to a suite larger than my house with breaktaking Central Park views. The management was so attentive. Made us feel important but we are so not so. Can't wait to go back"
