"Staff inside were friendly and helpful, shuttle drivers were sometimes not. Restaurant had good food, but was not open 7am - 10 pm as posted. Beatriz was amazing. Pool was closed, gift shop was never open that I saw. Rooms were well serviced, but overall pictures were misleading."

"Awesome stay in DC. Just what I needed for a short trip. The hotel was super chic. The room was small but clean and modern. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the location was great - very walkable. Would stay here again!"

"Room was small but clean. Excellent location near the White House and the center of DC. The building is old. It was updated, but not entirely, so it shows parts of the old. The elevators are old but functional. It felt like a European place-functional and saves space. I liked the 2nd floor lounge space with lots of work tables and a good coffee machine. The bed was squeaking a lot. And the hallway noise came straight into the room. No or very little hallway sound insulation. The doors have a big opening underneath. Overall, a decent stay. But they need to fix the noisy bed and hallway noise."
