"we stayed in the place and it was very nice. Although not everything worked out the way we wanted it to work out, the owner was extremely nice and very understanding! He helped us with everything! The place was smaller than we expected but very nice."
"Neither WAZE nor Google Maps got us to the right place. Thankfully the mini-market shop owner was able to point out the correct road to get to the hotel, which by the way, is really a motel by US standards. However, under the current (bombed out) circumstances of part of the property, the management did a superb job of providing a great set of amenities to compensate."
"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there.
There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia.

"Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa."
