Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!

OK but not to repeat!

The hotel is actually a renovation of a hotel whose prime was during the 1980's. The room design and the swimming pool stayed the same. The hotel was packed and the pool area was too small for accomodating all people. In addition it was dirty and full of flies. The room was small and basic. If you wanted to drink something you had to get out of the room and for some reason the hotel agreed to serve only watered down juice for breakfast instead of serving other soft drinks from machines that were actually there as it was the same dining room for dinner and supper. The food was good though most of it processed and from exactly what you buy in the supermarket. However, anyone could find something to eat and even enjoy it. I also liked the fact that the dining area was divided into two parts and in both you could find stands with the food so that it won't be crowded. The lifts are a big issue. Two of them did not work on the first day. And even when the four of them worked it was very crowded and took quite a bit of time to wait for them. The room are not sound proof and I could hear everything that happened in the corridor - slammed doors, people shouting - fun and relaxing indeed. I paid the same for a hotel in Turkey and got ten times more. Israel is the last place you should take an all inclusive vacation.

לא אחזור לשם לעולם!!!

החוויה שלי ושל המשפחה שלי הייתה מזעזעת לקחנו 4 חדרים זה התחיל בזה שבטעות המלון ביטל חדר ואחי נאלץ לסגור חדר במחיר גבוהה יותר כמובן ששמו אותו לא איתנו בקומה הוא שילם על חדר גדול יותר עם ילדים וקיבל את החדר הכי קטן מכולם. ביקשנו מיטה זוגית ושמו לנו 2 מיטות יחיד מחוברות שכל הלילה זזות ונופלים באמצע אז השינה לא הייתה טובה בכלל. הניקיון של החדרים ממש ממש לא נקי החדרים מלוכלכים ברמה הכי מגעילה שיש. המקלחת זו מקלחת כפכפים את הרגל בתוכה לא הייתי מוכן לשים כמובן שאת אף אחד מעובדי המלון והקבלה זה לא מעניין כי כשיש תפוסה מלאה מה אכפת להם מכמה אנשים בודדים??? זה המשיך בזה שאנשים מבקשים מהחדרנים שיפתחו להם חדרים והם באמת פותחים אני מגיע לחדר ויש לי אנשים שמחטטים בדברים כי פתחו להם את החדר שלא שלהם!!! ואז לאחר שיצאו ביקשו מהחדרן לפתוח להם חדר נוסף וכך היה את האחראי על העובדים זה לא בדיוק עיניין אמר אבדוק את זה.. כמובן שגנבו מאצלי דברים מהחדר גם. ושיא השיאים הוא שזה נחשב למלון הכול כלול שברובו יש ערבים וחילוניים ועדיין לטענתם המלון שומר שבת אז כיבו את כל מכונות הקפה אבל הדיג'יי עובד רגיל מתקלט השירים פועלים רגיל בבריכה ובלובי המלון כמובן שיש מישהו שמחליף שירים ונוסע הצוות עושה הופעות כרגיל אם מקרופונים ועדיין עושים כפייה כי זה חוסך להם כוסות קפה פשוט בושה! אז את השהות שלי היא הייתה ל4 חדרים שכולנו הרגשנו את אותו הדבר. ולא רק אנחנו גם עוד הרבה אנשים התלוננו על הדבר המזעזע הזה אני הולך למלון לא כדי שיכריחו אותי לשמור שבת ולא ללחוץ על כפתור כדי להוריד קפה. והמערכות שלכם איך עבדו? בדיבור להנמיך להגביר להחליף שיר? ממש כך? לא! חשוב לציין שיש את צוות האווירה של המלון שבאמת היו נהדרים במיוחד איתי.

קיבלנו את החדר ב4 וחצי מרפסת קטנה לא נכנס כיסא אוכל ממש מצוין ארוחת בוקר אין הרבה מבחר נוחות לא ממש טוב מי שרוצה שאני ארחיב בפרטי תחזוקה נחמד עד שזה מגיע לבריכה צריך להיזהר מעצים וברגים שיצאו שירות יוצא דופן עד שזה מגיע לברמנית עושה טובה שהיא עובדת מלון חייב בשיפוץ כללי להנגשה נוחות ותחזוקה
