"This is a superb place to stay, especially with a dog. I traveled with a well-behaved 20 lb terrier, and the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful in the shower, and most of all, the grounds and proximity to hiking trails made it worthwhile. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was outstanding. I would come back here in a heartbeat. "Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit au Landgasthof Sonne, avec deux ados. Le personnel est très sympathique, trilingue (allemand, anglais, français). La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le restaurant est excellent. À noter que le Landgasthof Sonne est adapté aux familles avec enfants, il y a donc pas mal de familles avec petits enfants, ce qui pourrait en rebuter certains. "

"Great welcome, very helpful. Room was immaculate, not the largest but everything was new, or nearly so and worked well. The breakfast was good and plentiful, with all you would want and expect. It's a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, or 20 minutes from the rail station."

"The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. A safe and free car park underneath the hotel. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes and diets. Perfect location near to pubs, restaurants, road networks, and Europa theme park. The area was lovely and clean too. Our favourite hotel of our time in Europe and so we plan to visit again."
