"We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it! "This property offered a great location near public transportation. The breakfast was excellent. However it is not one to enjoy a luxurious experience "
"This place was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. With Kyoto Station, multiple konbini options, and Don Quijote being so close and walkable, we had easy access to many notable locations. The room was quite small for two of us, but the amenities available were superb - onsen (with indoor & outdoor bath) and the breakfast with countless options... plus, super attentive and friendly staff. Thank you!"
"Staff: very helpful and friendly
Rooms: Huge!! we had the family room, the rooms was more than enough and very comfortable. we had kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and beds that are comfortable.
All the facility in this hotel are new and nice! love the seating area at the roof top. there is laundry downstairs, money changer at the lobby.
Transportation: very near to the bus stops, 5 mins walk to the bus station. The nearest train station is about 1km away which is not bad. "
"Room was cleaned and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage in early morning before the 3pm check in. It was about 10 min walk from the Kyoto train station. We would stay here again next time in Kyoto. "
