It’s located only a few mins walking away from Kyoto station, room is modern and compact, you can get your packeted drip coffee at the lobby before you take the elevator. Wish the TV has some English channels

Kind, friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet with large selection of Japanese and American style. Very clean room with excellent amenities including robe provided, quiet fridge, electric kettle and charging station. Efficient AC. Super cleaning service. Laundry facility was very appreciated. This was definitely a convenient hotel to Kyoto station, and the staff was accommodating. The room itself was a little underwhelming in that the beds weren't the most comfortable (didn't use 100% cotton sheets (partially synthetic, which doesn't breathe as well), mattress was too firm), and the bathroom had some maintenance issues. Nothing major, but would probably look elsewhere next time. For context, I travel to Kyoto 2-3 times a year for work and stay for 1-2 weeks at a time.
