I would have given it five stars, but the breakfast was below average. It could have offered a little more choice, and the staff could have been more attentive when items ran out."

"Great parking, expect other people don’t know how to park (leaving 12” of the car out into the lane makes backing out hard) so it can be tricky. Bed was more comfortable than in Italy so we were extremely happy to get some sleep. Breakers was nice, very continental and the BEST Eggs ever! Actually cooked instead of runny eggs. Will definitely book again for our next trip!!"

"Room was excellent, but parking info was a headache We stayed one night at this hotel in Trento. As Americans unfamiliar with Italy's limited traffic zones (ZTL), we emailed ahead asking where to park, but got no real help from the staff. It turns out this hotel sits right inside a restricted traffic zone, so cars aren't allowed to drive up to it. We ended up parking far away and only found out about a proper parking option once we reached the reception desk — which is actually the restaurant counter. By then we'd already left the car far off and had to walk into the city center with our luggage. Tip: if you're planning to drive here, sort out parking before you arrive, or better yet, avoid bringing a car altogether. The room itself was excellent — spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet."

"Loved the room and the location—only 15 minutes from the center of town. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The time of year was perfect too—quiet, not crowded, and just right. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was a good size as was the bathroom. It was an easy walk into the city. It was a fine place to stay for the night. I didn't like the insistent sounding messages from the property saying we had to book a time too check in and the link they sent to submit our documents before arrival didn't work for me."

"The BnB Al Cavour 34 is a wonderful and unique place to stay when visiting Trento. It is about a 3-minute walk from the train station, and located just at the edge of the beautiful main square of the city. This is a true bed and breakfast, with just six rooms that are run by the owners, Elisa and Carlo. Each room has its own bathroom, and Elisa seves and prepares breakfast every morning for the guests, who all sit at a large common table. You’ll meet travelers from all over. BnB Al Cavour 34 reminds me of places I stayed at when I was a kid—they are rare to find these days. If you are looking for a place with a bar and room service, this isn’t it—but I give it a 10/10, and there are hundreds of bars and restaurants all nearby, and a terrific gelato shop right outside the front door. I have been to Trento many times, and I will come back to BnB Al Cavour again. I loved it!"
