Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again. "

"We were moved last minute to a sister property, Hotel Excelsior, due to end of season maintenance. The staff was lovely and very helpful with the details of the change. We were upgraded with a beautiful, seafront room and greeted with a bottle of wine and tray of sweets. While unexpected, we had a terrific stay and loved Excelsior and hope to be back to stay again!"
