"The restaurant did not have an air conditioner. It was really cold during having breakfast."

"We were caught in transit due to Iran security situation. The hotel refused to change or cancel the reservation. Blatantly refused. I would never use Hyatt again given their and this hotels lack of understanding as to the situation which was beyond our control. We gave them plenty of notice. "
