This hotel is very close to the railway station and easy to find when getting off the train from Zurich Airport. However we did not find that there was any problem with noise from the trains. We found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and attentive and our room was comfortable and very modern. From our balcony we had a good view of Lake Zurich one way and the station the other.
Food was very good but being Switzerland, expensive, although it compared reasonablywell with other local...

The only minor criticism is that the wardrobe hanging space was too small, and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, a great hotel and the hotel's restaurants were also very good, as was the breakfast. It is located quite a way outside the city centre, but is right on the lake and the boat stops right outside. We had a car and easily drove into the city, parking is fairly reasonably priced.

We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket.
The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

I was welcomed on my arrival by Mac he was very friendly including all the other staff. Mac went out of his way to help me, with all my queries and helped me find my way around, and showed me how to get to one place to another, using public transport. It was very nice experience overall staying at the hotel, I would love to go back and stay there for my next trip.

The hotel is about 500m from the nearest tram stop making it very accessible to see Zurich and the surrounding countryside. thr hotel is run by very welcoming friendly staff and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Stoller. A medium sized family owned hotel in the heart of Zurich. 5 stars in every department. In particular the staff really stood out as being extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Hotel restaurant was a massive surprise. Extremely high end dining at a very reasonable price especially for Switzerland. Thoroughly recommended.
