The room was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient. Whether traveling to Zurich Airport or Zurich HB, it only takes about 20 minutes. After getting off the transport, it is just a short walk to the hotel. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Sedartis Hotel was friendly, warm and with excellent service. All staff were extremely helpful. A very good range and options available for breakfast and all very well presented. Our garden view room on the lower ground floor was small. x2 single beds and a made up sofa bed. A small modern bathroom with shower cubicle. The temperature/heating is centrally managed by front desk staff - very warm initially with request made to turn the temperature down and also could open the door out to patio area. The train station is located very conveniently outside the hotel and is a short walk to Lake Zurich. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience overall and would definitely return again.

We were so happy and charmed by this stay. The view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful and calming. The location is convenient right by the train station, but somehow on our balcony all we could hear were the sounds of the birds and the breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. The dinner here was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We will gladly return someday. Danke schön!
