Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist.

property is at a great location, staff was kind, breakfast was sufficient, room was clean however we got a room with the balcony covered up next to staff rooms i presume. So can hear talking very early in the morning and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful lush gardens at Legian beach Hotel or the sunshine during the day unfortunately.

The experience was way beyond expectations once we got off the rough windy road to Arna. The service was up to top Bali standards. The location was the most awesome I have experienced in traveling the world. You couldn’t ask for better scenery. The pool and lounge were top shelf. The food great and that’s coming from very picky eaters. It’s a fantastic place to go to relax and wind down. I recommend spending the extra for a fantastic ocean view cabana. You won’t regret it.

The hotel was stunning blending traditional Balinese design with modern convenience. This was exemplified in the hotel rooms which were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurants conveniently located on site.

"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. ."
