You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"Ubon itself has taken a hit from the closure due to co-vid. This place was nicely kept up despite obvious lack of business recently. Nicer than others I visited nearby. Little too well lit at night. I'll bring my eye shades next time. Local stray dogs not as aggressive as many places in Thailand are having problems with. Especially at night. A short safe walk to the airport. "This was a great hotel for our stay. It was walkable to transportation and dining. The room was spacious and the beds were moderately comfortable. We had a very large window with a great view. It was less than ten minutes from the airport. They offered us a free ride to the airport. "

"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."
