"The room was wonderful and spacious. However; the bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain, the walls are a bit thin and it was hard to sleep at night due to the elevators noise, the kitchen stove also had issues and I had to call emergency maintenance to help get it to work. I would have loved to give Reese Tower a better review because of how pretty it is and how close it is to most places, but there were just a few small disappointments that were an inconvenience to my stay."

"I prepaid for the booking using OneKey cash but the hotel charged me for the room when they swiped my card for incidentals. I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge."

"Room wasn’t bad, clean bedding, dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, shower head popped out of wall and no attached handle. Staff polite, breakfast was as expected, slight dog smell around the hotel. "

"The room was in better condition than expected. We were pleased with cleanliness and beds were comfortable. The night gentleman staff was really rude upon arriving, we didn't let that stop our stay. All in all, very thankful this was available, had an emergency and needed a quick stay near hospital. "

"STAY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE RENTED 8 ROOMS AND THEY WERE ALL DISGUSTING. IT'S INHUMANE TO SPEND A NIGHT THERE. PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY AND SMELLY. WE WANTED TO GIVE IT A CHANCE, BUT WHEN WE WENT INTO THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS NO WATER, ONLY A TRICKLE OF COLD WATER. THE TOILET WAS FILTHY, COVERED IN GRIME. IT LOOKED LIKE A GAS STATION BATHROOM IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE BED BECAUSE WE SAW STAINS AND HAIRS FROM A DISTANCE. THIS WAS...

"Morning staff was rude but the evening staff was excellent, when asking about extra towels they stated they didnt have any available and also the first room they tried to give the room had not been cleaned at all but the evening staff was nice enough to accommodate us and provide discount!"

"I couldn't get in my room. They had to replace the battery in lock after going from lobby to fifth floor three times. Then wasnt told anything about the property after tell them it was my first time at the location. Then got in the room and it had ladybugs everywhere. "

"The room was nice and clean , very spacious ...kitchen was awesome silverware and bowls ,cups,plates ,no can opener ,good microwave and don't forget to put water in the ice trays so you have ice there is not an ice machine on property ...washers n dryers in office area , coffee is decent ...quiet for the most part ...parking near your room is very few so a bit of a walk , 50 dollars deposit , hair dryer didn't work , outlet next to coffee maker didn't work nor did the chargers next to bed to...
