"Muy buen hotel, buenas instalaciones, habitaciones cómodas, pero un poco pequeñas, creo que la decoración y mobiliario afectan el espacio:dos sofas pero sin escritorio para trabajar. El guardaropa abierto da cierta sensación de desorden. Baño amplio. El servicio no es lo mejor, personal falto de experiencia y con no muy buena actitud. La piscina es linda y grandiosa vista al mar y a la cienaga; el gimnasio aceptable. Buena localización, especialmente para quien asiste a algun evento en el Centro de Convensiones Las Américas."

"Nos encantó demasiado nuestra estancia en el Hotel Las Américas Casa de Playa. ❤️ Desde que llegamos, todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, cálido y atento. Estuvimos una noche en Casa de Playa y otra en Las Américas Torre del Mar por un pequeño cambio relacionado con el TV. Aunque Torre del Mar tiene un ambiente más enfocado en parejas y personas solteras, y no lo disfrutamos tanto como Casa de Playa, su staff fue igualmente maravilloso. Volvería un millón de veces a Casa de Playa. Ambos hoteles están conectados y todo el ambiente es completamente playero, relajado y alegre. Quiero destacar a Lloy, el chico de San Andrés, que nos hizo sonreír muchísimo. El día estaba lluvioso y él nos motivó a disfrutarlo igual. También las chicas del desayuno, las chicas de recepción, la chica del Club El Capitán y el chico que nos ayudó con las maletas fueron maravillosos. Todos hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy bien recibidos. ❤️ Un consejo: lleven algo de efectivo para propinas. Nunca nadie nos pidió nada, pero fueron tan atentos que realmente nace querer darles algo como agradecimiento. Lo único que nos tomó por sorpresa fue no saber que las sombrillas y carpas de afuera son manejadas por los nativos y tienen un costo adicional. Aun así, ellos también fueron muy amables. Nos fuimos felices y agradecidos. Sin duda, volveríamos a Casa de Playa una y mil veces. 🌴☀️❤️"

"Un lugar excepciona Tiene vistas espectaculares de Cartagena y una playa bonital! El personal es muy bueno, Angie tiene una atención maravillosa y Cristian también muy atento y amable. La habitación muy linda y limpia, aunque a la TV no le llegaba el WiFi, así que no la pudimos usar. El tour a Pau Pau fue muy decepcionante, fue una mala experiencia, aunque eso no dependió mucho de Fénix, pero no lo recomiendo. La playa es muy bonita y cerca de Cartagena, la comida es muy buena, el servicio es lo mejor del hotel, todos son muy amables y atentos, y en general sus instalaciones son muy bien cuidadas e instagrameables. Sin duda volveremos a visitarlos! Muy recomendado!!!"
