The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were excellent, check in was fast and easy. They let me check in early and gave a late checkout. Much better than Holiday Inn’s in the U.K. Rooms were a good size, with a coffee machine and tv, water pressure was really good, and the clock had a usb port. So good I stayed an extra night. . Only thing that would be beneficial would be a mini fridge in the room, although the staff did find me a fridge. Highly recommended"
