"We stayed in a more updated room which was very impressive. They are doing some construction and don’t mention that so the pool was not open or spa and the fitness room and super small but again I’m very glad I booked the updated room with balcony. It was away from everyone partying. My only complaint was when I checked in I was told they do not have housekeeping while we were there and if we needed anything just to call them so we didn’t put our stuff away but while we were out someone did come In our room and emptied the trash and took towels on the floor. They dodnt make the bed or clean up or stock anything so im not sure why they came. Oh and they dont have lotion or things like that. Just basic shampoo conditioner but Overall we had a great stay."

"I did not visit the pool.I did sit in the BBQ area for a short time,Because there was 3 of us in our room and there is only 2 chairs to eat at the table. While using that area. There was a Horrible Repeating Dinging sound I believe coming from the Hot Tub. Not relaxing at all. The kitchencould use a mixi g bowl and a Large Bowl.The Knife was super dull for cutting. Over all a Great Stay and even better the new Link App. for transportation. "

"I asked for extra blankets and coffee. 5 hours later, I had not received it yet. Had to call again and only received part of what was asked for. Had to wait longer, and when the other blanket was finally delivered, the person was rude to my wife. It was like we put him out. It was not worth the money."

"Definitely not as surprised at the high level room quality as the pricing was so great! 2 full size bathrooms in the room (an no I didn’t have a suite)! Full couch with sofa tables and lots of room! Next time I’m in Tahoe I will definitely be choosing Harrahs! 😍😍😍😍"

"The pool is under construction and I still got charge a resort fee which is unfair and the option is to go to harrahs to use the pool so that’s very inconvenient. Not the best experience. "

"My husband and I stayed a couple nights here for his birthday, checkin was was easy and we enjoyed the extra treat of our choice of beverage; either craft beer, soda, tea or hot chocolate. Our room had been recently renovated and had a very cozy cabin feel too it. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had, mega bonus points (to us for that). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated and even though it was April it was the perfect temperature to enjoy, as well as the hot tub. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach or the Heavenly Resort for food, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely come back again, next time with the kiddos!"
