"We were extremely happy with everything about our room except we couldn't get the room under 80 degrees. Whem we mentioned it at the front desk during check out the nice lady took our parking fee off. 😀 We give them 9.95 out of 10."

"Our first room was subpar. I spoke to the manager the next morning and he was fantastic. He apologized and put us in an amazing suite. The restaurant staff at the cafe were kind and I actually had pretty good luck on the high limit slots."
