"The hotel was lovely & staff were very friendly. The position on the beach is great! The breakfast was good, although we didn't realise until our third morning that pancakes, omlettes & bacon was available in addition to the continental breakfast. This should have been advertised. We had ants in our room which was disappointing & I would have liked some of the complementary toiletries to be refreshed but other than that it was a lovely stay!"

"Lovely stay, although not cheap, especially the buffet restaurant where quality, choice and standard not quite up to that of a 5* resort hotel. I did give feedback and suggested on demand cooking with a 'stir fry' station & making crispy fried duck in pancakes on demand, as left cold with very little duck inside. This hotel does not cater for B&B well, with very few snacks available other than room service if a full evening meal wasn't needed. Indian buffet was excellent, and would expect it...

"The unique thing about this property is that Gert and Marlene treat everyone as individuals and you soon feel part of the family. They have really taken on board the Mauritian way and that translates into a really relaxed vibe. Wonderful food and a great night's sleep! Highly recommend if you want an authentic experience that is a stone's throw from a paradise beach!"
