I emailed before we arrived that our flight to Mauritius was arriving at 0600.We arrived at 0730 to be greeted by Vic, the service relations manager with coffee and breakfast, she told us our room was not available until 1400 but she had made another room available for us to sleep and shower in after our overnight flight. We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary.
