"We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). However, there were moments the entire staff would congregate on the common areas and it seemed they were talking about us. They looked at us, laughed, and said some words that I could understand. Maybe its important for the entire staff to treat guests well,especially when I am trying with Spanish. If it were reverse, I would help and not laugh and speak as though they don't think I understand. This did not take away from our enjoyment and relaxation. We would return!"

The pools are fantastic — peaceful, well maintained, and a wonderful place to spend the day soaking up the atmosphere. The breakfast and dinners at the resort restaurant were a highlight of our stay. We especially appreciated the focus on fresh local produce and authentic regional dishes, all prepared with great quality and care. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return. And the sunsets… evening walks along Playa La Ropa directly in front of the resort were simply magical. Watching the sun disappear over the bay with the waves rolling in was unforgettable. A beautiful resort in one of Mexico’s most stunning beach locations — we would happily return."
