We had a lovely day Good Life ego Lodge. This is a small boutique hotel in a quiet area of Cap Malhereux. It is within two minutes walk of the red roof church Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice. We use the buses to travel along the north coast and visited all the beautiful beaches. The bus stop is only a few minutes away. The rooms are quite compact, but it was big enough for us. My family and I spent 12 nights here in April 2016 and from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave I knew I had made a great choice to spend a memorable holiday. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in December. Excellent service and a great place to relax and have a break. Their top priority is your comfort and the staff are extremely polite and professional and do everything they can to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They do not say no to anything you ask for!! We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). The staff were incredible, doing whatever they could to meet your needs. The rooms were clean, bathroom was lovely, balcony was large and with a wonderful sea view, and the bed was very comfortable. A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. Lovely stay. Lots to do. Enjoyed paddle everyday. Lots of drinks available on the all inclusive package. Not loads to do on the island itself though. Hotel was lovely, staff were great, food was really nice. Taba J was soo good, i went everyday!! Would stay again. It was only a short trip of 4 days.

we are married in our 40's no kids. We were looking for a chill holiday and got exactly that. Hotel is great staff are great. nice beach 4 pools, plenty of food choice, we're not big drinkers so we weren't on all inc but bars were cool too. we didn't do a lot of activities but there was plenty on offer with a dive shop and snorkelling trips etc.

Go for a sea view room, the others didn't have much of a view. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful from the manager to the groundsman. Clean and well appointed self-catering facilities. Really need a car as not much around locally. The best place to eat locally is Kiosque Magique abut half way along the beach, unfortunately it's only open during the day not in the evening.

In this price bracket it doesn’t get better than places like this. the gardens are beautiful, the pool large enough and very clean, the staff are quick to respond and very charming and the rooms are fun/ quirky! i recommend any room with a balcony. really fabulous place.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location, with an army of friendly and attentive staff.

Toparadis is great stay - doesn’t break the bank. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all lovely and are always there to help and the food is good. Very short walk over the road to a beautiful beach. Some restaurants are 300/400m down the road. Recommended.

Excellent food and service

Having travelled a lot for business and pleasure, I have to say this was the best experience ever. Nothing could be faulted . Location, staff and facilities were top notch. The menu was varied even for a veggie like me. And there was even some entertainment every evening

Excellent stay here. Beautiful beach and facilities. Service sometimes a bit patchy but otherwise an amazing place to stay.
