"The hotel’s onsite restaurant was closed, which initially left us in a difficult situation. However, the staff kindly confirmed the chef’s availability and arranged for us to enjoy the dishes we wanted at another restaurant’s table. I was truly impressed by the hotel’s hospitality."

The only matter I would like to suggest is that when the guest arrives, if they haven't been to the area before that you advise them of the local transport in the area (pick up bus in Lake Street) and how you can easily get around with the bus."
