We got a friendly greeting when we arrived and drinks brought to us on Reception. All staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a junior suite and it was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. We were able to add room service and meals to our bill to pay by card when we checked out. There are ATM’s nearby if you want to get some cash. We gave tips at the end of our stay. It was helpful that the documentation from the hotel states that charges include a service charge...

Beautiful new hotel on the beach. Grounds are immaculately kept. Nice pool & bathing area under palm trees. Beach bar too. Food was nice and open all hours. Can walk via the beach to other restaurants easily. Would recommend the dolphin watching & snorkelling on pigeon island. You can go to Nilaveli for the day for a more quiet, cleaner beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are welcoming, making the house feel like a home from home; very quiet location. On our list of places to revisit.

The garden and pool area of the hotel are delightful, very relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful but communication can be tricky due to limited English except for Bava who is very professional and attentive. Our room and bathroom were spacious but fittings are basic, I would have liked hot water in the basin, hand towels and a bedside table. The breakfast is generous and tasty, thank you!

We had a great time and the communications with the owner were very easy. They were super quick to help us resolve a very minor issue. The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach. The apartment had useful items in the kitchen for people wishing to prepare meals themselves. Everything inside was in excellent condition.

A stunning beach front apartment! We had a great time here. Would love to visit again!

Easy walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Good Sri Lankan breakfast. Room is fairly small but has all you need. Good airconditioning. TV with English film channels. Bathroom, - shower with hot water. Kettle teabags etc. Good WiFi. Close to restaurants and bars. Generally very pleasant and good value for money. Staff friendly and efficient.

We stayed here as our main base during our 2-week trip around Sri Lanka, and it exceeded every expectation. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed, and taken care of. It was the absolute highlight of our trip to come back here after long days of activities. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and...

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, the swimming pool is a bit of a let down but other than that it is good value for money.

A nice place to stay, very neat and clean. enjoyed my stay there.

We are a couple from Cyprus and we stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 nights. This is a relatively new hotel right by the beach. The people are very friendly and they do homemade cooked meals and breakfast. The owner Jaycob is a very nice and friendly person who is always willing to help. On our last day we had to leave early so they made home made rotis for us to take with us and I must say they were the best breakfast rotis we had in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a few minute walk from the main...
