"Arrived at this hotel and was informed that they overbooked their rooms and we were offered a room downgrade? This is the first time this has ever happened in years of travelling. Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake
Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort)
Very unprofessional experience. I’ve never had a hotel make their problem my problem before. Now they have no business and a fresh 1 star review....

"Very happy with my stay at Havana Club. Staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. Can’t say enough great things about them"
