Firstly it must be noted that "Mountain" view means a view of the valley below and "Countryside" means a view of the courtyard and noisy street. We made the mistake of assuming "countryside" would me we would actually get to have the view most of the photos show. Both were the same price when booked.Instead we got what I would have to say is the worst room I've ever stayed in.
Anyway, we booked a Countryside room with a double bed and balcony and got none of this. We were put in a room with no balcony, two twin beds, and a view of a courtyard with a noisy roundabout just beyond it. When we complained to the front desk, the (i assume owner) told us "we'll thats what you booked and we only have two rooms with balconies"
The room itself was very outdated besides possibly the bathroom. The twin beds were short enough that my head was touching the headboard and my feet the footboard (I'm 6'3) and hard as a rock. I dont think I got more than a couple hours of restless sleep the whole night. It was also fairly warm despite the temperatures outside being in the high teens Celsius. Normally this wouldn't be an issue since we could open the windows, but between the trucks, 2stroke motorcycles, cars, and churchbell than rang at all hours we couldn't sleep with the windows open.
Breakfast was included the next morning and was the normal european spread of bread, meats, cheeses, jams, eggs and cereals. They also had and juices coffee. We didn't try their restaurant for dinner
