"The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast is very good selection and quality. The filter in the HVAC unit needed cleaning, made noise all night, which was corrected the next day. Housecleaning only came in the second day of our 4 day stay. The shower door leaked, but again, was corrected."

"I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The “included breakfast” was terrible, there were only basic cereals and bread, nothing like what you would expect. The room smelled really bad, making it uncomfortable to stay. Honestly, this is not a hotel, it feels more like a low-quality motel. The place is poorly maintained, unclean. On top of that, they charge a $100 holding fee that is NOT disclosed on Expedia, which is very misleading and dishonest."

"This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late I would have. We were there for a funeral and only stayed one night of our two nights stay. Room 212. Truly it was a nauseating place to stay and the board of health should be informed."

"The front desk person took a minute to acknowledge me as they had an earbud in. The checkin took some time. He asked for cash as a deposit which made me uncomfortable. We ended up doing a credit card which is normal. The attendant did not tell me when checkout was, when breakfast started. I had to ask him about parking. The rooms were damp and there was hair in the bathtub. We did not receive WiFi information and were not able to connect to it. I will not stay here again."
