"Staff was super welcoming and made us feel si zen from our arrival to the hurting moment of leaving the casita. Super nice environment to stay and dinner was amazing from the quality of our food to the awesome smiling and courteous service. "
"My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East was extremely disappointing. I had to be moved into four different rooms because something was wrong in each one—TV not working, AC not working, phones that didn’t function, missing garbage cans, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and even a door without a security latch.
The entire property felt dark, outdated, and honestly a bit depressing due to the level of disrepair.
The only bright spot was the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault the property itself is in such poor condition. I really hope management invests in major improvements because the staff deserves a better place to represent."
"We ended up not even staying the second night even knowing that we would loose the money. My husband is in the hospital across the street and we thought this would be great to be so close. But the beds were SO uncomfortable that there was just no way we could do a second night on them. I really don’t like to give a bad review but with us being so exhausted after such a long day of having my husband flown to the hospital we were sure disappointed that we didn’t get rest. "
"Our problem was primarily with a large group of youths who were left unattended every evening. Talking loudly down the halls, slamming doors and screaming in the pool area which was under our room. Other than that, it was alright."
"I was not aware of a shuttle. The room looked pretty clean, but I think there were bedbugs present. After the first night I had a few red places and by the 3rd night I was covered with bites. I have never had bedbugs before…so I can’t be sure.. but definitely had something. "
