We only stayed one night, which is not long enough to enjoy this beautiful hotel. The free valet was so helpful getting our luggage to and from our room. We had an issue with a noisy swamp cooler outside our room (#17) and an engineer came immediately and resolved it. We will be back!

Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!

Very nice resort! We spent a lot of time sightseeing, so we weren’t at the resort as much as we should have been. However, it was great! Catch the sunset up by the restaurants and you wo t be disappointed. We’ll be back!

The grounds and ambieance were excellent beyond expectatyions and the staf were extremely friendly. But, there was no hot water. And when we reported that, the answer was that they had been having probelms with hot water in the hiostoric rooms -- ours was a historic room, namely room 19.; They did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem and we ended up having to take ice cold showers. If they knew that there had been problems, why did they place us in that room? I also noticed that our room had access to an outdoor pagtio -- but there were no lounges to stretch out on -- just uncon fortable chair and a table.
