"We reserved the room for three adults. Upon arrival we asked for towels and had to confirm the room and we’re still only given one towel and washcloth between us. We had to go find another staff member for a towel and washcloth for each of us and even then was only given one each with a three day stay. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We asked for toilet paper and was told we had to wait until house cleaning came around which was due in two hours. We had to find someone else and get toilet paper from a bathroom. "

"This is a great hotel! I plan to make this my go to in indy. The room was decorated nice and it was very clean! The beds and pillows were very comforable! The staff was super nice and they all were smiling. There was even a staffer making omelets during breakfast. "

"The staff was kind and eager to help. The breakfast was waffles, etc. Our room looked like it had been flooded from the room above and repaired because there was a lot of DIY repairs - around the tub and windows were in poor shape. The pillows were bad but the beds were good. The room was a little outdated but clean. The shower was hot and powerful which was good. The thermostat was old so you could control it. Basically, this is a solid hotel room for the price, but not a place I would plan to hang out in. The location is nice. I would stay here again but bring my own pillow. Again, staff was very nice and accommodating. "

"Could have done better on keeping up with coffee on Sunday. But overall great experience. Staff was friendly. The pool definitely needs some chemicals adjusted it was very salty, but very warm getting in. "

"Good breakfast and staff but the building if pretty old for the price, elevators pretty bad, rooms extremely warm, we were to reception to ask about the AC and the answer was this is a old building so we open the balcony door to get cold air inside the room. Bathroom are rusted for the price the charge it has to be an excellent room "

"Overall the stay was good. However, the ice machine was not operational and there was no ice bucket in the room. "
