"It was a mixed experience. Location is great. The on-site restaurant is outstanding. However, we would not go back here. The sheets were not changed and we noticed hair on the sheets. When we complained, the staff in the front office were nonchalant as if this was normal. They provided us a new sheets. "

"The room was clean and new, all the staff (from front desk to kitchen to cleaners) were very friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection with healthy options too. The room was very large and the kitchen area was nice except there’s no hot plate or oven so having knives and mixing bowls felt silly since you can’t cook other than in the microwave. It was great having a dishwasher though. Also, very convenient to campus and King Street. I’d definitely stay again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I forgot some of my hanging clothes. The staff called me to let me know right away but unfortunately I was already an hour away. They mailed them to me and I got them within days. It is within walking distance to downtown and restaurants."
