"Newly remodeled room but the room stunk horrible. Bad enough I had to buy an air freshener to put in there to manage to even stay in it. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. Should have seen the re flags at check in when the office smelled of pot as you walked in. The room wasn't very clean. Even though we had a smoking room, there were cig. butts on the floor and behind the beds. We noticed a few roaches and stink bugs in the room and when we mentioned it to the lady at the desk she stated "That's nature". I know that this is not somewhere we will ever stay again."

"My only major issue was night staff. Young lady was not friendly. Seemed more concern about her phone. Lastly every day upon arrival back to hotel, did not work. I had to walk back to other end of hallway, down stairs, get my keys reset and walk back up stairs and down hall to let my family in. Not one staff member seemed concerned about that. "

"It was clean but everything is broken. The pool and hot tub wasn't usable. The elevator button didn't light up to let you know that you had pushed it. The ice machine was broken. Another person said it had been broken for months. The blow dryer in the room was broken and the staff didn't know where a spare was kept. The coffee machine outside the breakfast area was also broken. We checked out after one night knowing that we forfeited the money paid for a second night because it was nonrefundable. "

"Room was clean and didn’t feel cramped. My spouse didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up."

"I've slept on flat rocks beside the river that were way more comfortable than the beds in this hotel. Hands down the worse mattress I have ever seen. Did not get an hours sleep total all night. Loved the lighting and the placement of the ice machine. "
