"The staff and cleanliness were exceptional. The only problem that occurred was a male couple overtly making displays of sexual nature in the pool while my grandchildren were present! That’s not on the staff… we chose to cut the kids swimming short and leave, but they were obviously disappointed! "

"The bed was fine and comfortable but the room overall was not good. There was only one small table and suit case stand but no place much to sit things down. The floor was filthy. I walked across it barefoot and got in the shower and dirt flowed of the bottom of my feet. I could walk across the floor and wipe my feet on the bath mat and it would leave black marks on the mat. The floor needed to be mopped good. The towels and wash clothes were very thin and had yellow stains on them. The staff was nice especially the lady who checked me out this morning. Was a little disappointed that they didn't have breakfast but not a big deal. Hardees was easy walk. There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the the rear stair way. This was close to the bottom of the barrel. I won't use Motel 6 again."

"I usually stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Kingsport and never really had issues but when I stayed on March 14th the room was not very clean the fridge still had the last persons food in it and coke was spilled all in it. The cover had burn holes all on it from cigarettes. Definitely was unsatisfied with the past stay this time."
